  • No tracking is provided for international shipments — delivery is made by your local post office.

  • Rush shipping does not bypass processing time — all orders still require 1–3 business days to process.
  • Rush orders are shipped after processing, not on the day the order is placed.

  • All orders are shipped in plain grey or USPS Priority packages for your privacy.
  • The return label reads: Online Fulfillment Center.

  • Your country’s customs office may inspect packages.
  • We are not responsible for delays, confiscation, or seizure by customs.
  • Customs duties/fees (if any) are the customer's responsibility and not included in our shipping charges.
  • Most small parcels are delivered without issue or additional fees.

You may return unused and unopened items within 90 days of your purchase date, under the following conditions:

Products must be sealed and unused.
Returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) —

  • Contact support to obtain one.
  • Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Opened items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • A $10 restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

If you received a free item as part of a promotion, you must return all items (including the free ones) to receive a full refund.
