This Privacy Policy (Policy) discloses the practices of Remedi Labs LLC concerning personal information we obtain about you. By using Remedi Labs LLC, in any way accessing Remedi Labs LLC, or using other services of Remedi Labs LLC (collectively the Services), you are accepting the practices described in this Policy.

This Policy notifies you of: (a) what personal information of yours is collected when you access Remedi Labs LLC and/or use the Services or purchase any product; (b) how the information is collected; (c) how the information is used and shared; (d) our efforts to maintain the security of Sensitive Information; and (e) other details concerning your personal information and our policies.

This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Remedi Labs LLC does not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage.

This Privacy Policy supersedes all prior versions and sets forth the data privacy practices of Remedi Labs LLC (“RLL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies to visitors and users (“consumers” or “you”) of our websites (www.tryRemedi.com, www.offer.TryRemedi.com, www.deal.TryRemedi.com) and other online applications owned and operated by us now and in the future, as well as to our consumer data practices more generally. So even if you have not visited our website or interacted directly with us, you may be entitled to some or all of the protections contained below, such as if you provided your information to us through a third-party or we otherwise collected or processed your data on behalf of someone else. This policy also applies to certain individuals we interact with over the phone, including our existing business prospects and clients. This policy does not apply to any third-party websites we may link to, and we assume no responsibility or liability regarding the same.

Our websites may at times record your interactions with it, including for example your interactions with our online consent/opt-in forms and any future webchat features. Do not make any use of our sites if you do not consent for us to engage in this practice. Our websites currently lack the functionality to recognize “Do Not Track” browser signaling.

We adopt this policy to comply with state data privacy statutes, most of which are relatively new. This policy is intended to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), as amended, and other U.S. state data privacy laws in CO, CT, DE, IN, IO, KY, MD, MN, MT, NE, NH, NJ, OR, RI, TN, TX, UT and VA. By consenting, you are specifically requesting that we share your information in this manner and for these purposes. You agree to do business with us electronically and to receive copies of these terms electronically. Minors

Minors may not use our websites or submit information to us. We do not intentionally collect information about minors.

New Jersey & West Virginia Public Servicemembers

We value the privacy of public service members and do not publish or otherwise make available the information related to the same to the public. If you are a public servicemember in New Jersey or West Virginia, including for example a current or retired New Jersey or West Virginia judge, prosecutor or police officer, do not submit any private, non-public contact information to us, directly or indirectly You agree that, to the extent your non-public contact information is protected by “Daniels law,” you will exercise your right to opt-out (a non-disclosure request) only by emailing your request to privacy@TryRemedi.com, and you will allow us a reasonable period to recognize and honor your request.

Information Collection and Use

Information collected by Remedi Labs LLC is stored in a single, secure database, accessible only by Remedi Labs LLC. Remedi Labs LLC collects information from our paying customers or other persons who use, attempt to use, or purchase Remedi Labs LLC products or the services at several different points and from different sources, all or some of which may apply to you.

Registration

When you sign up as a customer or potential customer, we ask for, and you are required to give, your name, address, zip code, telephone number, email address, credit card or checking account number, and credit card expiration date. Once you register as a customer with us, you are not anonymous to us.

Cookies

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser. We cannot guarantee that all of our websites can recognize and honor do-not-track browser signaling.

Log Files

Remedi Labs LLC automatically receives and records information on its server logs from your Web browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested. We reserve the right to disclose personal information, including Sensitive Information, when we believe that such disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law or a request by a government official, to protect the rights or property of Remedi Labs LLC, or to enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use. In the event that Remedi Labs LLC or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, member information and Sensitive Information may be some of the transferred assets.

We use your personal, demographic and profile data to enhance your experience at our site and to enable us to present content we think you might be interested in. Children's Online Privacy Protection

Remedi Labs LLC serves general users of the World Wide Web. We support and comply with the Children's Online Protection Act (COPPA) and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, nor do we share such information with third parties. Children under the age of 18 may use Remedi Labs LLC only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Special Notification for California Residents, Your California Privacy Rights

Individual customers who reside in California and have provided their personal information to Remedi Labs LLC may request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Such requests must be submitted to us using Remedi Labs LLC online contact form. Within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph.
